No Name Higher

No Name Higher Chris Tomlin

From an angels lips to a virgins ear
Came a chosen word for the world to hear
A simple name for a sovereign king
And tho ages pass still your people sing

There is no name higher
No name greater
None more worth adoring
There is none so mighty
None as holy
No name with such glory
There is no name higher
No name higher than Jesus

Left heavens throne and He took on flesh
The servant king bore our brokenness
Laid down His life, then He overcame
And God exalted Him to the highest place

There is no name higher
No name greater
None more worth adoring
There is none so mighty
None as holy
No name with such glory
There is no name higher
No name higher than Jesus

Isn't He marvelous
Isn't He wonderful
The Lamb of God
We bow before
Isn't He heaven sent
Isn't He powerful
This baby born
To save the world

There is no name higher
No name greater
None more worth adoring
There is none so mighty
None as holy
No name with such glory
There is no name higher
No name higher than Jesus
