Make Me Willing

Make Me Willing Chelsea Plank

1 Verse:
Gets a million degrees when I'm caught up between
The words I know You're speaking and the comfort I would leave
If You're asking me, I would choose a steadier vessel
One that didn't wrestle with what I want and what You need

Chorus:
So make me willing, make me willing, Lord
Make me willing, make me willing
Maybe I don't have to push my own needle
Maybe all of the good comes when I need You
So if You really do supply all of the things that You desire
Well, then make me willing, Lord

2 Verse:
I often give up myself in little pieces
And build myself a home with all the ones that I like keeping
Foolishness to think that I could really keep a secret
I want to, want to give it all, I want to see You

Chorus:
So make me willing, make me willing, Lord
Make me willing, make me willing
Maybe I don't have to push my own needle
Maybe all of the good comes when I need You
So if You really do supply all of the things that You desire
Well, then make me willing, Lord

Interlude:
Ah, ah

Bridge:
I know that the seasons change
Things won't always feel the same
Who said it was easy?
When I'm brought to my knees, it's a good thing
If it takes a leap of faith
If we go the longer way
I'll follow Your leading
If it brings me to Your feet, Lord, make me willing

Outro:
Ah, ah
Ah, ah
