On My Way

On My Way Jamie MacDonald

Got my shadow
Complicated problems
I fell from cloud nine
And I landed here in rock bottom
I've had some easy days, some hard ones
Some take-your-breath-away, some break-your-heart ones
Only one way to go from here

I'm on my way (up, up)
Up I'm on my way (up, up)
Up, yeah (up, up)

I can feel the sun shining through the rain (oh)
And I can tell that something's about to change
I'm on my way
Up (up)
Up (up)
Up (up)
And I ain't coming down

Oh
It's a new day
I've said goodbye to sorrow
And my old mistakes can't keep me from my tomorrow
I've had some easy days, some hard ones
Some take-your-breath-away, some break-your-heart ones
Only one way to go from here

I'm on my way up (Up)
Up (up)
Up (up)
I'm on my way up (Up)
Up (up)
Up (up)

I can feel the sun shining through the rain
And I can tell that something's about to change
I'm on my way
Up (up)
Up (up)
Up (up)
And I ain't coming down

If the waters rise, I'll rise with them
When the pressure comes I won't break
Making good on this chance I'm given
Cause I'm on my, I'm on my way

If you wanna find out right with them
When the pressure comes I won't break
Making good on this chance I'm given
Cause I'm on my, I'm on my way

I'm on my way

(Up, up, up)
I'm on my way up
Up (up)
Up (up)

I can feel the sun shining through the rain
And I can tell that something's about to change
I'm on my way

Up (up)
Up (up)
I'm on my way
I can feel the sunshine on a new day
And I'm not looking back cause I'm on my way up

Up (up)
Up (up)
And I ain't coming down
