Promised land

Promised land Eli Gable

I'm dancing in the desert
Heading to thepromised land

Let's go

Younger me might be a lil let down
If he saw what's sitting in my bank account
Did those dreams get smaller
Or tell me is life that tough

I see my friends, and they just passing me by
I'm proud of em but it hurts my pride
Am I doing something wrong
Or maybe it's not my time

It feels like I'm losing
But You're pulling me through it

I'm dancing in the desert
Heading to thepromised land
This life is a long road
I'm in it for the process, man
Done looking to the left
Done looking to the right
God, I'm looking up
Holy Father, shine Your light (So bright)
I'm dancing in the desert
Heading to thepromised land
Make it to thepromised land

Ain't always easy but I'm learning to trust
And that Your grace don't leave me in the dust
You're always right on time
And never a second too late

Cuz there's joy in the waiting
New ways that You're making
You've got nothing to prove
But You're proving it every day
It gets and better each day

I'm dancing in the desert
Heading to thepromised land
This life is a long road
I'm in it for the process, man
Done looking to the left
Done looking to the right
God, I'm looking up
Holy Father, shine Your light (So bright)
I'm dancing in the desert
Heading to thepromised land
Make it to thepromised land

I'm dancing in the desert
Heading to thepromised land
This life is a long road
I'm in it for the process, man
Done looking to the left
Done looking to the right
God, I'm looking up
Holy Father, shine Your light (So bright)
I'm dancing in the desert
Heading to thepromised land
Make it to thepromised land
