1 verse:
        Ab
Oh, I love to walk with Jesus
              Db
Like the publicans of old,
                 Eb
When He gathered them about Him
               Ab
And the blessed tidings told.

               Ab
How He came to bring deliv'rance
           Db Bbm
To the captives in distress,
            Eb
Take away our ev'ry burden,
            Ab Db/Ab Ab
Giving perfect peace and rest.

Chorus:
       Ab Db6 Ab/C Bbm
I will follow, where He leadeth,
       Eb Absus4 Ab
I will pasture, where He feedeth!
                               Db
I will follow all the way, Lord,
      Eb7 Ab
I will follow Jesus ev'ry day!

2 verse:
Oh, I love to walk with Jesus
Like the man of long ago,
Who had tarried by the wayside
Near the gates of Jericho.

Jesus heard his cry for mercy,
Gave him back his sight that day,
And immediately he followed
Jesus all along the way.

3 verse: +2
        Bb
Oh, I love to walk with Jesus
           Eb
All the way to Calv'ry's brow,
             F
Gaze upon that scene of suff'ring,
                Bb
While my tears of sorrow flow.

                 Bb
There He tells me how He loves me,
                  Eb Cm
Takes my ev'ry sin away,
       F
So I follow Him so gladly,
                Bb Eb/Bb Bb
Lead me anywhere He may.

4 verse:
Oh, sometime I'll walk with Jesus
In the land of endless day,
When our journey here is over
And we've reached our home to stay.

Then I'll walk with Him forever
Sing His praises o'er and o'er,
Laugh and shout, and ever tell Him
That I love Him more and more!

Chorus: x2
       Bb Eb6 Bb/D Cm

       F Bbsus4 Bb
I will pasture, where He feedeth!
                               Eb
I will follow all the way, Lord,
      F7 Bb
I will follow Jesus ev'ry day!
