You Are the Anchor

You Are the Anchor Greg Sykes

1 verse:
In the trial and confusion I will not fear
You hold it all You are the anchor
I will hold on to the promise You are sovereign
Your word is strong You are the anchor

Chorus:
I am not alone in the rageing storm
I have a Saviour
Even while the wind and the chaos blow
You are the anchor
Deeper than the cry of a broken heart
Stronger than the sorrow
Even while the wind and the chaos blow
You are the anchor

2 verse:
You are constant never failing through the ages
You will remain You are the anchor
I will hold on to the promise You are sovereign
Your word is strong You are the anchor

Bridge:
On the cross You raised a final shout
And the anchor drove into the ground
