Shall we continue in our shameful ways?
Shall we keep sinning in the name of grace?
Our tie to sin is severed -
How could it then be treasured?
Grace has come to reign.

Shall we believe that we have died with Christ?
Did we not rise when Jesus burst alive?
Sin’s reign no longer fatal -
Its pow’r has been disabled.
We possess new life.

Sin is overthrown.
