In the fall of 2007, we were confused about the direction the band was going. We forgot to seek God’s will for the band. When the lyrics to this song were written, they came from a “What have we become” state of heart. We let our own pride and ambitions overshadow the very reason we started this band - to glorify and carry out the Gospel. We cried out to God to use us for His glory again. In doing this, we found an intimacy with God that we had forgotten.
